New kemo.rocks server release is out! And here are some highlights:
- ☠ Openshift is dead and kemo server was moved to vpsfree.cz
- 🔐 Certificates for https are now issued by Let’s Encrypt
- 🆓 Kemo is no longer hidden behind httpd or NGINX and kemo undertow server handles all requests directly
- Undertow was updated to version 1.4.20
- ✅ Security : enabled HSTS
- ✅ Security : enabled Content Security Policy
- 😡 macOS client is broken and will be not available for some time. What happen? After switch to new MacBook and Xcode was our workspace plagued by cryptic error messages and cannot be built.
- 🤠 As small side effect of kemo development was created small webpack dashboard plugin to IntelliJ IDEA. Check more at twfrbr.com

- Timestamps are now added to sent and received messages

⌚️ Smart Watch Experiment
Watches connected via bluetooth are able to notify received messages by vibrations or LEDs blinking. Just extension of standard desktop notifications on your wrist.
Watches itself are very interesting piece of hardware mainly due to the long standby time (about 6 months) and also minimalistic way of user interaction. Minimalistic but more than sufficient.

🛠 OS X App Preview 🛠
Current development version of OS X app with completely new message list view compoment. With tiny info messages support and much more.
This release is all about fixing and investigating web client connection issues we found in last weeks. Most of changes are invisible to users but we hope it will help us to create kemo little bit more stable and reliable.
Here are the changes:
- Added temporary errors reporting feature into web client
- Improved server side logging
- Fixed websocket connection closing issue
